Man City U7's Trip

What an experience and great weekend for our Under 7's Total 14 Academy Team.  

It all started on the Saturday with a stop-off at the SGS College Filton in Bristol for a round robin of games against Mousehole (Cornwall) and 3 teams from Bristol Rovers Academy u7 and u8's. Some great games played where the lads did really well. 

Then onto Yate football club where we mascots for the game Yate versus Bristol Rovers, we even had a small game at half-time on the pitch versus Mousehole in front of about 1100 fans. 

 

Then onto Manchester and a well earned rest and recuperation at the Cheadle Village Hotel. 

 

On the Sunday was our round robin games versus the Man City Academy teams at their amazing academy complex. Some great football was played with passion and determination and indeed great praise from the Man City coaches on how well we stuck to our task, a credit to the lads. 

 

Finally our tour of the Ethiad Stadium including the corporate area, dressing rooms, press conference room and the fitness suite. It was truly an great experience for us all to be able to take in the brilliant arena.
