Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Total 14 Football Academy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your booking or purchase then we are here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to cancel your booking or return your product from the date you booked or recieved it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it and in the orginal packaging.
For booking and products, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have recieved your item or booking cancellation request, we will either inspect your product or notify you that we have recieved your cancellation request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or cancellation request after inspecting the item or items or reviewing your cancellation request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will recieve the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be repsonsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or items. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
